Medal Design
Obverse features the royal crowned coat of arms of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia beneath draped banners and crown. The medal is suspended from a decorative oak leaf style hanger.
Reverse displays a laurel wreath surrounding the Serbian Cyrillic inscription:
ЗА ГРАЂАНСКЕ ЗАСЛУГЕ
Translated into English as: For Civil Merit
